Privacy

We set no advertising cookies and build no profile of you. If you just join the list, the only personal data we hold is your email address. If you buy something, we also need your name and where to send the bottles. We use Google Analytics only if you say yes to it.

If you join the list: your email address, your name if you give it, and what you asked about. That is the whole form.

If you order: your name, your email address and the address the bottles go to. We need all three to send you a parcel. Stripe collects these on our behalf when you pay, and your card details go to Stripe and never to us.

If we have spoken to you: we keep a short record — your name, your phone number or email, and whether you ordered. It is how a small company remembers who it has already talked to, so we do not message you twice about the same thing.

We also record where the signup came from: the page you were on, the site that sent you, and the country, region and town our host works out from your connection. It is not precise — it is the difference between Maryland and California, not your street.

We use two counters that set no cookies at all and never see who you are: one from our host, one from Ahrefs. They tell us how many people read a page, not which people.

Google Analytics is different, and we ask first. It sets cookies, so it is only loaded if you say yes to the small notice at the bottom of the page. Say no, or ignore it, and it is never loaded — no cookie, and not a single request to Google.

To write to you when the thing you asked about is ready, and to send a monthly note about the harvest if you want one. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we stop the moment you use it.

The location helps us decide where to sell first. We are starting around Washington, Maryland and Virginia, and knowing where the interest actually is decides where the next pallet goes.

Us, and the services that make this work: Vercel hosts the site, Brevo holds the mailing list and delivers our mail, and Stripe takes the payment and holds the order and delivery details. Ahrefs counts visits without cookies. Google Analytics sees your visit only if you agreed to it. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us to stop contacting you and we stop, for good. You can change your mind about Google Analytics at any time, right here:
