What you need
- 2 eggs
- Meema olive oil, enough to pool in the pan
- Flaky salt
- Bread, to mop
What you do
- 01Pour a good pool of oil into a small pan. More than feels sensible.
- 02Crack the eggs in. Spoon the hot oil over the whites until the edges go brown and lacy.
- 03Salt them. Slide them onto the bread. Eat before the yolk sets.
